About the Role
This is a high-energy, client-connection role where your focus is booking qualified strategy sessions for the senior property strategists. You’ll be speaking to warm leads—people who’ve enquired via ads, guides, or referrals—and guiding them into a deeper conversation about their property investment goals.
It’s about engaging, asking the right questions, and setting up high-quality appointments—not hard selling.
What a Day Looks Like
• 120–150 outbound calls per day to warm leads from web enquiries, ads, and referrals
• Book 40–50 strategy calls per week with clear daily/weekly targets
• Follow proven scripts and refined sales processes
• Log all activity in the CRM and follow up as needed
• Join regular team check-ins, coaching sessions, and skills workshops
• Continually improve your objection handling, qualification, and value communication skills
What You’ll Bring
• Experience in phone-based sales (call centre, fitness, coaching, real estate, etc.)
• Strong, confident communication and active listening skills
• A passion for learning, growth, and hitting performance targets
• Interest in property, finance, or personal development
• Self-motivation and the ability to work to KPIs in a fast-paced environment
