The role:
Your role will be working amongst a growing team and assisting potential clients with information regarding their suitability to purchase an investment property. Ultimately, you are the first point of contact in assisting people achieve their financial goals!
This is NOT a cold calling role, you will be dialling predominantly warm, inbound inquiries with a focus on understanding more about the client and their goals.
The role also involves:
· Educate potential on the benefits of Property Investing over the phone.
· Assess leads financial suitability for a Face to Face consultation, including serviceability and current financial obligations.
· Book in suitable leads for a 1-on-1 session with a Senior Property Coach.
· Follow up leads with reminders and email material prior to their session with a Senior Coach.
· Participate in all training sessions and absorb all supporting material to aid role development.
· Ensure call compliance is achieved in all calls you make.
· Absorb training material to improve general skills in sales and customer service, rebuttal management etc.
· Maintain a strong knowledge in property investment and financial qualification.
· Meet all total calls and talking time targets set.
