Now, the clinic is seeking a capable, driven Business & Admin Coordinator - someone who brings structure, clarity and initiative to the table, while also contributing to the bigger picture as the business continues to evolve.

About the Role

As the Business & Admin Coordinator, you’ll support the Director in managing time, priorities, and workflow - while also having a voice in how the business grows and operates.

This is more than just an admin role - it’s for someone who enjoys problem-solving, improving systems, and contributing ideas that make the business better. You'll be deeply trusted, and given room to make your mark in a role that blends structure with strategy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, communications, internal admin and day-to-day logistics
  • Support the Director with planning, workflow, and execution across business priorities
  • Help track and implement ideas, improvements, and operational changes
  • Assist with business reporting, process documentation, and internal coordination
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, systems and client/studio experience
  • Contribute to planning sessions, team meetings and strategic initiatives
  • Occasionally assist with personal admin or logistics to support overall focus


Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years in an EA, admin or operational coordination role in the beauty industry
  • Highly organised and confident in managing tasks, timelines, and follow-up
  • Strong communicator - clear, proactive and calm under pressure
  • Enjoys thinking beyond the task list: process-minded and solution-focused
  • Comfortable working closely with business owners or leaders
  • Tech-confident with tools and softwares
  • A natural contributor - brings energy, insight and ownership to their work
