About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll play a critical role in driving top-of-funnel activity - converting marketing and sourced leads into qualified meetings for the field-based Business Development team.

You’ll be based in the office and work closely with your teammates to ensure high-quality conversations, strategic outreach, and consistent follow-through. There’s a healthy blend of warm leads and light prospecting, and your focus will be on strategy, structure, and follow-up rather than call volume alone. You'll have the autonomy to run your own sales approach—balancing structure with creativity - while being supported by a collaborative and results-focused team.

This is perfect for someone who’s energetic, confident on the phone, and thrives in a target-driven environment with real career progression on offer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify and engage inbound leads and online enquiries
  • Prospect from curated lead lists and strategic campaigns
  • Book face-to-face meetings for the on-road sales team
  • Log all activity and lead updates in the CRM
  • Collaborate with the broader sales team to drive conversion
  • Achieve daily/weekly KPIs around calls and meeting bookings

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in sales coordination, telesales, or appointment setting
  • Strong communicator who’s confident and consultative over the phone
  • Comfortable with structured outreach and light hunting activity
  • Self-motivated, organised, and driven to meet targets
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Bonus points for experience in aesthetics, or healthcare

If you're confident picking up the phone, enjoy crafting smart sales strategies, and want to grow with a supportive and ambitious team - this is your opportunity. Apply now.
