About the Role
As the Senior Dermal Therapist, you’ll take charge of delivering highly personalised, clinically driven skin treatments. You’ll be trusted to manage advanced treatment plans, educate clients, and deliver consistently excellent results.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced dermal treatments with precision and care
- Lead client consultations, education, and treatment planning
- Work confidently with laser devices and technology
- Apply deep knowledge of skin anatomy and condition management
- Maintain top-tier clinical standards, protocols and compliance
- Collaborate closely with the clinic owner on treatment strategy and execution
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical skin or dermal therapy role
- Proficiency with laser treatments is essential
- Expert understanding of skin function, treatment modalities, and ingredients
- Strong communication and consultation skills
- Polished, professional and confident in high-end clinic environments
