Hospitalist

Compensation: Competitive guaranteed salary (commensurate with experience) + Quarterly quality bonus (scaled by performance measures)

Job Type: 15 twelve-hour shifts/month (max 180 hours). Extra shifts and night shifts available for additional pay.

Our client, a highly respected medical center in Georgia, is seeking a full-time Hospitalist to join their dedicated inpatient team. Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive inpatient medical care
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses affecting internal organs
• Perform physical examinations and evaluate patient conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results
• Develop and implement patient care plans, including medications and therapies
• Collaborate with specialists and other members of the care team
• Educate patients on treatment plans and health goals

Job Requirements:

• Completion or near completion of a residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Board-certified or board-eligible (must obtain certification within 4 years if eligible)
• Georgia medical license or eligibility through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact
