HVAC Technician

Compensation: $25 - $35 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Seeking an HVAC Technician to support residential new construction and service projects.

Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and repair HVAC systems in residential settings.
• Handle a mix of new construction and general service work.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
• Troubleshoot issues and communicate effectively with customers.
• Keep accurate records and follow safety guidelines.
• Assist the team and provide guidance when needed.

Qualifications:

• HVAC licensing or progress toward licensure preferred but not required.
• Candidates pursuing or ready for an apprenticeship are welcome.
• Strong troubleshooting and general problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with a reliable driving record.
• Plumbing knowledge is a plus.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
