Therapist (MSW)

Compensation: $40 - $42/hour

Job Type: Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Our client in Nashville, TN, is seeking a Therapist (MSW) to provide therapeutic services in a partial hospital setting. This temporary position involves assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessment & Treatment Planning: Evaluate client behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team.
• Case Management: Manage a caseload, including documentation, treatment planning, and case management tasks within the Avatar (EHR) system.
• Therapy & Counseling: Lead individual, group, and family therapy sessions, as well as psychoeducational and support groups.
• Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, families, and the treatment team to develop and monitor behavioral plans and treatment progress.
• Crisis Intervention: Provide emergency clinical and crisis services as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Criminal Justice, Counseling, or a related human service field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working with children.
• Clearances: Must have Child Abuse, FBI, and TN State clearances.
• Licensure: Must provide evidence of licensure where applicable.
