About Our Client

ErthSearch is working with Roundtrip EV Solutions (REVS), an industry-leading organization dedicated to supporting municipal and private fleets in their transition to medium and heavy-duty electric trucks. REVS simplifies the complex EV launch process by providing expertise in fleet evaluation, grant processing, site design, and 24/7 monitoring through proprietary software. Partnered with major OEMs and dealership networks, REVS ensures customers have the best vehicles and infrastructure for their specific long-term needs.


REVS provides full-service fleet electrification support for cities because the future is electric.


The Role

As a Director/Manager of Sales, you will be a key leader responsible for expanding the sales base by identifying and closing new opportunities with municipalities and private fleets. Using a consultative approach, you will manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives and qualify leads to establish successful EV program launches. Your goal is to build long-term rapport with customers while consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets as the company begins its 2026 vehicle deployments.


Qualifications & Skills

Required

  • Have an active, existing rolodex of contacts at municipalities/city governments / DPWs
  • 3+ years of successfully selling (hitting quota) services to municipalities
  • Experience selling software, hardware, or services to city/municipality fleet managers
  • Willingness to sell a new type of product (ie: it's harder)
  • Strong interest in / passion for electrification
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage and qualify leads
  • Ability to manage complex deals and build long-term customer relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree with strong communication skills


Nice to Have

  • Experience selling some EV Charging or Electrification-related product or service
  • An engineering background, in addition to a bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with consultative selling and account growth


Note: This role requires US-Working Rights - the company is unable to sponsor visa transfers.
