About Our Client 

ErthSearch is working with Critical Loop, an innovative company shaping the next generation of energy systems by building the integrated edge grid of the future. They specialize in advanced energy management and battery control systems, empowering businesses and communities to unite distributed energy resources for faster, more reliable, and affordable grid access.

The Role

As a Lead Manufacturing Engineer, you will be a key driver in organizing the production line and establishing a robust production Quality Management System (QMS). You will lead the optimization of manufacturing processes to minimize overhead, reduce production timelines, and increase overall capacity. This role is a unique opportunity to help a growing company define the future of grid-scale battery storage while utilizing modern automation tools to streamline time-to-market.

Qualifications & Skills

Required 

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing under an ISO-certified quality system
• Hands-on experience with power electronics, battery systems, or industrial equipment
• Experience preparing for and running ISO 9001 and UL factory audits
• Comfortable using tools like Confluence and Jira to build workflows
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related engineering

Nice to have:

• Experience in a leadership or management role (hiring, staffing)
• Knowledge of battery energy storage standards (UL 9540, NFPA, NEC)
• Familiarity with ISO, TUV, and UL certification and audit processes
