Client Overview:

Dr. Eleanor is a social scientist and psychologist. She is looking for an amazing unicorn to take over administrative tasks so she can stay in her zone of genius!


Client Requirements:

  • Must be able to work 9am-5pm Eastern Time (US)
  • Must be able to work 40 hours weekly
  • Must have extensive experience with administrative assistance or any similar role
  • Must have EXCELLENT written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have EXCELLENT attention to detail, especially regarding formatting, stylistic consistency, and publication-ready materials
  • Must be super organized 
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control
  • Must be tech-savvy and confident using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Must be familiar with (or quick to learn) AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, etc.
  • Graphic design skills are nice to have

  • Google Suite
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat)
  • AI Tools (Workspace access provided): ChatGPT, Claude, Chatdoc, Perplexity, Grammarly, Architect AI
  • LinkedIn

  • Moptu


Responsibilities/Tasks:


Administrative Tasks:

  • Assist Dr. Eleanor in learning how to use Google Suite effectively and cleaning up her digital workspace
  • Assist in organizing files for coaching and follow-ups
  • Categorize, tag, and clean up email inboxes
  • Set reminders for upcoming bills, especially credit cards and bank-related emails
  • Compile and maintain a list of publications for Dr. Eleanor to contribute to; send outreach emails on her behalf
  • Organize and maintain the podcast list
  • Ensure results from assessments are collected, formatted, and easily viewable in one page for ongoing scientific analysis


Social Media Assistance:

  • Post additional social media content (Dr. Eleanor has a social media manager so you will just need to post additional content)
  • Help update Dr. Eleanor’s LinkedIn content
  • Help organize Dr. Eleanor’s YouTube page in a user-friendly way
  • Help get Dr. Eleanor’s works out to the public


Creative Support:

  • Assist in creating PowerPoint slides (reviewed by an internal team member before reaching Dr. Eleanor)
  • Support or source help for book cover design (depending on Adobe proficiency)
