Responsibilities
- Form and maintain employee records and update databases internally
- Prepare and amend where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides
- Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues (etc. benefits, number of vacation days they’re eligible for)
- Foster a positive and happy working environment
- Develop and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Process payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payments, managing payroll records
- Address employee inquiries about compensation
- Provide regular reports on HR and payroll metrics
- Utilize social media for job promotion and employer branding (showcasing company culture, achievements, and employee activities)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR, payroll processing, or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and payroll systems
- Certification in HR or payroll processing (e.g., SHRM-CP, CPP) is considered an advantage
- Experience with HR software and databases
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively address employee inquiries and concerns
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with creating reports and utilizing HR analytics tools
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work under pressure
