Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Work-mode: Hybrid (2 days working from home and 3 days from the office)

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Salary: Up to €42,000 gross per annum plus commission (depending on experience and qualifications)


Our client is a leading fintech company offering online businesses access to multi-currency IBAN accounts, global payment acceptance, and digital disbursement solutions. They are licensed under the Swiss Federal Act on Banks and Savings Banks art. 1b., which is governed by a series of policies and procedures approved by the Board of Directors.


Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a clear strategy to identify and secure new international business partnerships

• Conduct market research to identify prospective partners aligned with the organisation’s goals

• Identify and pursue high-value partnership opportunities across the financial services and payments sectors

• Lead outreach, negotiate commercial agreements, and manage the onboarding process for new partners

• Build mutually beneficial partnerships by ensuring alignment of goals and incentives

• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners

• Monitor partner performance to ensure KPIs and targets are met

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new partners, ensuring seamless communication and integration

• Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Product, and Marketing to support successful partnerships

• Prepare and present regular reports on partnership performance, pipeline progress, and strategic opportunities to leadership


Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred)

• Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role within banking, fintech, or financial services

• Strong understanding of the regulatory and risk landscape within payments and transactional banking

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decision-making

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (both written and verbal)

• Highly organised, structured, and capable of working independently and collaboratively
