Salary: Up to €40,000 gross per annum (negotiable, depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm with a 2-hour break (the break duration can be negotiated)

With a focus on excellence across all areas of practice, the firm represents local and international clients, providing comprehensive legal support through a dedicated team of experienced professionals.
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join a dynamic and demanding litigation practice. The successful candidate will handle a wide range of civil litigation matters, represent clients before the courts, and provide high-level legal drafting, research, and advisory support. This role is ideal for a lawyer with strong advocacy experience, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients before the District Courts and, where applicable, the Supreme Court
- Conduct court hearings, applications, and procedural matters
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, written addresses, and legal opinions
- Undertake detailed legal research using tools such as CyLaw, LexisNexis, Westlaw, and authoritative legal texts
- Liaise with clients, external advisers, public bodies, and regulatory authorities
- Provide accurate, timely, and strategic legal advice
- Manage case files, deadlines, and workflow efficiently within a fast-paced environment
- Maintain high standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity
Requirements
- University Law Degree with a minimum grade of 2:1
- Qualified Lawyer in Cyprus (Cyprus Bar Association)
- At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in commercial/corporate litigation
- Proven experience conducting hearings before the District Courts (Supreme Court experience considered an advantage)
- Strong drafting skills for pleadings, legal opinions, and related documentation
- Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to conduct thorough legal research using CyLaw, LexisNexis, Westlaw, etc.
- High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines, work under pressure, and respond quickly to changing priorities
- Professional, reliable, organised, and proactive, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working with international and institutional clients will be considered an advantage
- A Master’s degree and/or BPTC will be considered a plus
