Salary: €3,500 gross per month

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00

Responsibilities

  • Analyse daily payment approval rates across multiple providers and methods to identify trends and maximise transaction success
  • Optimise deposit success rates through strategic use of the company’s payment systems, improving overall player experience
  • Troubleshoot and investigate payment processing issues, working closely with technical teams to resolve problems swiftly
  • Research, negotiate, and onboard new Payment Service Providers (PSPs) to expand the global payments ecosystem
  • Provide expertise and insights to internal teams on transaction declines, offering alternative solutions where necessary
  • Perform settlement calculations and reconciliations with precision to ensure accuracy and financial integrity
  • Coordinate implementation of new payment features and updates, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., MGA, UKGC)


Requirements

  • Proven experience in payments analysis, optimisation, or operations within iGaming, FinTech, or e-commerce
  • Advanced analytical skills with strong proficiency in Excel; knowledge of BI tools is an advantage
  • Commercial mindset with experience in research, negotiation, and contract management with third-party providers
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with full professional fluency in English
  • Proactive problem-solver with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Must hold European citizenship
