Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Work-mode: On-site / Working Hours: Monday to Sunday 5 shifts per week (8-hour shift) on a 24h rotation (08:00 – 16:00 or 16:00 – 00:00 or 00:00 – 08:00)  

Salary: €1,700 + extra €20 per night shifts (average 5 per month)

Location: Larnaca or Limassol, Cyprus

Responsibilities:

• Dealing directly with clients’ queries over chat system and e-mail
• Answering clients’ requests
• Promoting products and services to clients
• Optimize customers’ satisfaction
• Interacting with other departments as necessary to meet clients’ needs
• Maintaining professionalism in all instances



Requirements:

• Able to work 24/7 shifts on rotation; (08.00 – 16.00, 16.00 – 00.00, 00.00 – 08.00)
• Experience preferred but not mandatory
• Excellent command of the English language
• Attention to detail and quality of work
• Computer literate and proficient user of Excel
