Our client is a leading fintech company offering online businesses access to multi-currency IBAN accounts, global payment acceptance, and digital disbursement solutions. They are licensed under the Swiss Federal Act on Banks and Savings Banks art. 1b., which is governed by a series of policies and procedures approved by the Board of Directors.


Our client is looking for a Senior Account Manager who is passionate about providing the best client experience and excellent communication skills to join their team in Limassol, Cyprus.


Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain sustainable client relationships from day one, including initial incoming requests, onboarding process, activation, and the entire relationship.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring client satisfaction at every stage, proactively addressing any concerns or issues that may arise, and fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Understand client needs and challenges and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Create fee offers and negotiate service terms and conditions, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Possess strong expertise in compliance, staying up-to-date with regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations and compliance, to ensure client needs are met and processes are streamlined.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Continuously improve knowledge and skills in the payments and banking sector.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a B2B client management/client success role, preferably in the payments industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Higher education in business management, economics, or a related field would be advantageous.
