Job Title: Accountant

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Work-mode: On-site

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm (1-hour lunch break)

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Salary: Up to €3,00 gross per month (negotiable - depending on qualifications and experience)


Our client is a well-established corporate services firm providing legal and tax advisory, international tax planning, company formation, and fiduciary services across reputable jurisdictions. With offices in Cyprus (Limassol), Georgia (Tbilisi and Batumi), Estonia (Tallinn), and the UAE (Dubai), the firm supports a diverse international client base through expert guidance and tailored solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting duties for a portfolio of clients
  • Prepare and submit VAT and VIES declarations in line with Cyprus tax regulations
  • Assist with payroll processing and submission of Social Insurance contributions
  • Support the preparation of management accounts and financial statements
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and service delivery
  • Assist with various tax matters and administrative tasks as required
  • Prepare and submit tax declarations including TD forms, GHS contributions, and Special Defence Contribution (SDC) calculations


Requirements

  • Qualification or degree in Accounting or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in Cyprus within an accounting, audit, tax, or fiduciary firm
  • Strong knowledge of local tax regulations and accounting standards
  • Proficient in both Greek and English (written and verbal); additional languages will be considered an advantage
  • Competency in using accounting software (specific platforms will be considered an asset)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proactive, well-organised, and client-service oriented with a high level of professionalism
