Typical Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential business opportunities and target markets
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners
• Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
• Create and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies and solutions to meet client needs
• Negotiate and close business deals and contracts
• Monitor and report on sales and business development activities
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's services
• Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients

Required Skills and Experience:

• Previous B2B sales experience is essential
• Fluency in Finnish and B2 level English is essential
• Accurate, reliable and proactive approach
• Outstanding social and interpersonal skills
• Good communication & organisation skills
• Results oriented
• Good time management
• MS D365 (desirable)
• Swedish language (desirable)
