Sales Account Executive - Data
The Agency Sales team is seeking an Account Executive in a newly created position on the Sales Team. In this role, you will serve as an integral member of the team, responsible for overall account growth with an existing base of agency clients as well as prospecting new relationships across top agency holding companies and independent agencies. We’re looking for a brilliant sales executive with the right “hustle” who will represent Audience Solutions to media planners, buyers and programmatic media traders.
Responsibilities Include:
● Drive revenue growth and targets against an assigned list of client accounts.
● Present and articulate the company’s full suite of data offerings to clients as well as explain key differentiators, while handling client questions and objections.
● Upsell existing relationships while prospecting new relationships within an assigned account-base. The ability to leverage existing relationships to find or prospect into new relationships is key.
● Be comfortable building multiple relationships across an agency organization through prospecting, personal networking, referral-introductions from management as well as in-person engagements such as client lunches, events and group outings.
● Be comfortable presenting both individual pitches (i.e. one-on-one) as well as group demonstrations in-person or via video-conference. Attention to detail, follow-up and process is a must.
● Work collaboratively with the Customer Success Team in a commercial growth capacity to facilitate growth across assigned accounts across the sales process and post-sales enablement.
● Create and present to management quarterly account business plans against assigned accounts.
● Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas set by management.
Qualification & Requirements
● You have the hustle and grit required for a successful sales person with the desire to make a name for yourself in this industry.
● 2-4 years experience working at an Advertising Agency and/or 1-3 years experience in Sales with a successful track record of closing new business and exceeding revenue goals.
● Fully-remote position with option to use office as-needed; light domestic travel with expectations to meet clients regularly in-person (i.e.weekly in NYC).
● Strong presentation and communications skills with the influence to close deals.
● Proficient in the overall programmatic ecosystem with a willingness to “learn more”.
