Regional Vice President

 

About the Role:

You will be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating a team of high-performing Senior Managing Directors who acquire, manage, and grow our most important client relationships. In this position, you also will be a strategic partner across our go-to-market organization and the broader company, ensuring data, pipeline, and forecast accuracy so that we can meet our targets and plan the business, getting market feedback to our Product team to improve our solutions, and identifying areas where we can level up our go-to-market strategy and tactics.  

Our Senior Managing Directors are seasoned domain experts who leverage their deep understanding of our clients’ challenges and objectives from their previous work experience. They are responsible for growing revenue by building, managing, and deepening meaningful relationships with C-level executives and changing the way Fortune 500 companies manage their brands with their most important stakeholders. 


What you’ll do:

  • Lead and inspire your team to grow bookings and revenue to meet and exceed quota attainment
  • Coach and strategize with members of your team on specific opportunities and work together with our Enablement team to help your team implement our sales methodologies
  • Work with your team to ensure that data regarding opportunities is accurate and up-to-date in our CRM and that deals are in the appropriate stages so that we can accurately forecast the business
  • Get out “on the front lines” with members of your team to help them advance opportunities, close deals, and retain and grow revenue with our clients


Experiences and Capabilities You Bring:

  • Significant experience in leading sales teams to exceed revenue targets. 
  • High emotional intelligence - you are a talent magnet who has coached your team to success
  • A track record of sales success in career - you’ve won President’s Club or otherwise distinguished yourself through your and your teams’ performance
  • The tenacity required to break into new business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail and superior organizational skills


This is a hybrid role. Work from home on Monday and Friday and in the DC office Tuesday through Thursday.
