Seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial Director of Agency Sales to drive new business growth across mid-market, regional, and performance-focused agencies. This is an individual contributor role with a clear path to building and leading a small team in the future. You’ll play a critical role in sharpening our Agency Go-To-Market strategy and expanding the company's presence in the agency space.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full sales cycle: from outbound prospecting to pitching, negotiating, and closing new agency partnerships.
- Proactively identify and build a strong pipeline of qualified agency prospects.
- Lead meetings and product demos that clearly articulate the company's value proposition.
- Partner with internal teams — including marketing, product, and client success — to refine and scale our agency GTM approach.
- Structure creative, strategic deals that align agency goals with our business objectives.
- Share insights and feedback from the field to help shape product, pricing, and partnership decisions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate tracking of sales activities and pipeline in CRM tools.

You’ll Be Successful in This Role if You Have
- 5+ years in media, ad tech, or programmatic sales, with a focus on agency partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the CTV, programmatic, performance media, or e-commerce ecosystem.
- Previous experience working with mid-market, regional, or performance-focused agencies is highly preferred.
- Proven success in managing complex deals and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
