Role Overview:

As a Construction Superintendent, you will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain workflow and resolve issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage on-site construction activities from start to finish.

• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment to meet project schedules.

• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.

• Conduct site inspections, testing, and permit closeouts.

• Provide weekly and monthly progress updates.

• Maintain open communication with all project stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial or industrial projects.

• Strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with construction management software and technology.
