Overview

Join our manufacturing team as a Project Manager, leading electrical panel projects from start to finish. Develop strategies, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate teams, ensure compliance, and provide technical guidance. Interact with partners to align project goals while managing the entire project lifecycle and driving process improvements.


Key Responsibilities

1.      Project Planning & Execution: Plan and execute electrical panel manufacturing projects from initiation through close-out, ensuring alignment with customer specifications, schedules, and internal processes.

2.      Schedule, Budget & Resource Coordination: Track project schedules, budgets, and resource assignments; identify risks or constraints and escalate issues as needed to support on-time and on-budget delivery.

3.      Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are completed accurately.

4.      Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners, providing regular status updates, facilitating meetings, and supporting issue resolution.

5.      Compliance & Safety Support: Ensure projects comply with applicable regulatory and safety standards (including UL891, UL508A, and UL67) by following established procedures and quality requirements.

6.      Issue Tracking & Problem Resolution: Identify, document, and track project issues and action items, collaborating with team members to support timely resolution and minimize project impact.

7.      Process Adherence & Continuous Improvement: Support standard project management processes, contribute to project reviews, and assist with identifying opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and quality.

8.      Project Management Tools & Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and reports using approved project management software and tools.


Qualifications

 

·        3-5+ years’ direct project management experience, with demonstrated leadership over complex electrical manufacturing projects required with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field

·        Knowledge of electrical systems, standards (UL891, UL508A, UL67).

·        Outstanding strategic planning, leadership, and resource management capabilities.

·        Robust financial acumen—proven success managing large project budgets and schedules.

·        Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; adept at conflict resolution.

·        Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize competing demands.

·        Strong proficiency with project management software, and MS Office applications.

·        PMP certification highly preferred.
