OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE / CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Location: Chicago, IL
Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 Base Salary + Full Benefits
Travel: Project-Based Assignment | Up to 100% Travel
Travel Expenses: Company-paid lodging, meals, transportation, and project-related expenses

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Represent the owner's interests throughout active data center construction activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, commissioning teams, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor schedule, quality, documentation, field progress, risks, and project readiness.
• Support construction meetings, site walks, issue tracking, and project reporting.
• Help ensure project execution aligns with owner expectations, project requirements, and turnover milestones.
• Support commissioning, QA/QC, closeout, and operational readiness activities as needed.
• Serve as a trusted field-facing representative for the client and project team.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 4+ years of relevant data center construction experience.
• Experience in construction management, owner's representation, project controls, commissioning, or mission-critical project delivery.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, field coordination, schedule management, and project documentation.
• Proven ability to coordinate contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Ability to work full-time on an active project site in the Chicago market.
