About the Role
We’re looking for a contract Graphic Designer to help evolve and systematize a growing brand identity across a range of programs and touchpoints. You’ll work closely with a lead designer and the broader creative team to develop and refine logos, icons, and cohesive brand systems that scale across marketing, digital, and environmental applications.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for a designer who’s strong in visual systems, detail-oriented, and comfortable collaborating with cross-functional partners.
What You’ll Do
- Design and evolve brand identity systems, including logos, icons, and supporting visual elements
- Build scalable guidelines and assets that can be applied across digital, print, environmental, and event use cases
- Translate strategic/creative direction into clear, polished design concepts and production-ready files
- Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables while thoughtfully advancing the system
- Collaborate with the lead designer and stakeholders to review, refine, and iterate on work
- Prepare assets for handoff to internal teams, vendors, and production partners
- Contribute to presentation decks and visual storytelling to communicate design rationale
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, Brand Designer, or similar
- Strong portfolio demonstrating:
- Brand identity systems work (not just one-off logos)
- Logo and icon design
- Cohesive visual systems across multiple touchpoints
- Excellent command of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud)
- Ability to take direction, incorporate feedback, and iterate quickly
- Strong attention to detail and a high bar for craft and consistency
- Comfortable working onsite and collaborating in a fast-paced, growing team environment
Nice to Have
- Experience collaborating with marketing, events, or environmental/experiential teams
- Familiarity with design for both digital and print/OOH contexts
- Experience working within or helping mature an existing brand system
Contract Details
- Duration: 6 months
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Start: As soon as possible
- Reporting to: Lead Graphic Designer (with close collaboration with the broader creative team)
