What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality orthodontic treatment in a modern, well-supported clinic
• Build trusted relationships with patients and families
• Focus solely on clinical care while the team handles operations
• Collaborate with a values-aligned team committed to patient excellence

What You Bring

• DDS or DMD and specialty certificate in Orthodontics
• Active Texas and/or Oklahoma license or eligibility to obtain one (license support available)
• At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred, open to new grads
• Coachable mindset and a strong sense of purpose
• Passion for high-quality care in a high-volume, people-first practice
