Position Overview:
The Strategic Operations Lead is an entrepreneurial operator role at the center of their recruiter ecosystem. This is one of the highest-leverage positions in the company, blending operations, growth, and strategic partnership management to directly impact recruiter success and company growth. The role requires working closely with elite recruiters managing six-figure+ accounts, ensuring operational excellence, driving revenue growth, and maintaining platform quality during a critical scaling phase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow high-value recruiter relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pitch expansion opportunities to top recruiters and agencies.
- Oversee operational tools to monitor quality and activity across the marketplace.
- Maintain high platform standards while scaling the recruiter network.
- Onboard and successfully scale new recruiter partnerships.
- Support recruiter entrepreneurs in building and expanding their businesses.
- Balance strategic thinking with tactical execution in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- 2–7 years of experience in operations, growth, or client-facing roles at startups or elite organizations.
- Background in GTM/operations at early-stage startups (Seed–Series A), investment banking, management consulting, or VC with a growth/operations focus.
- Strong client-facing skills with experience managing high-value partnerships.
- Proven ability to develop and improve processes for scalability.
- Comfort in high-velocity, high-stakes environments with competing priorities.
- On-site availability in San Francisco; entrepreneurial mindset and high energy.
