A growing organization is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth initiatives and expand market presence. This role is responsible for identifying new opportunities, building partnerships, and developing relationships that contribute to long-term revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets
  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and partners
  • Lead outreach efforts, presentations, and proposal development
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful onboarding and delivery
  • Track pipeline activity and maintain accurate forecasting
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships
  • Proven track record of generating new revenue and expanding accounts
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Ability to operate independently in a growth-focused environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
