A leading aerospace and advanced manufacturing organization is seeking a Technical Program Manager to oversee complex technical programs from concept through delivery. This role serves as the bridge between engineering, operations, supply chain, and leadership to ensure programs are executed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional technical programs across engineering, manufacturing, and operations
• Develop and manage program timelines, budgets, and resource plans
• Coordinate technical reviews, milestone tracking, and risk management activities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with industry, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Drive issue resolution and corrective action planning
• Monitor program performance metrics and provide regular status updates to leadership

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in technical program or project management within aerospace, manufacturing, or engineering environments
