A growing organization is seeking an Account Manager to support and expand client relationships within the Industrial sector. This role is responsible for managing key accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring consistent delivery of products and services aligned with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned industrial accounts
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships across operations, engineering, and procurement teams
- Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-sell, and upsell initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and service delivery
- Monitor account performance metrics and proactively address issues
- Support contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM reporting
Qualifications:
- 3–8+ years of experience in account management, technical sales, or industrial client services
- Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, or industrial clients preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
