Account Manager - Food and Beverage

A growing organization is seeking an Account Manager to support and expand client relationships within the Food & Beverage sector. This role is responsible for managing key accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction across assigned customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Food & Beverage accounts
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships and ensure service excellence
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-sell, and upsell initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and execution
  • Monitor account performance, KPIs, and client satisfaction metrics
  • Support contract renewals and pricing discussions
  • Maintain accurate reporting and forecasting within CRM systems


Qualifications:

  • 3–7+ years of account management or client-facing experience
  • Experience supporting clients in the Food & Beverage industry preferred
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
