A growing organization is seeking an Account Manager to support and expand client relationships within the Food & Beverage sector. This role is responsible for managing key accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction across assigned customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Food & Beverage accounts
- Manage day-to-day client relationships and ensure service excellence
- Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-sell, and upsell initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and execution
- Monitor account performance, KPIs, and client satisfaction metrics
- Support contract renewals and pricing discussions
- Maintain accurate reporting and forecasting within CRM systems
Qualifications:
- 3–7+ years of account management or client-facing experience
- Experience supporting clients in the Food & Beverage industry preferred
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
