A growing organization is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to lead forecasting strategy and demand planning processes across multiple product lines or business units. This role is responsible for improving forecast accuracy, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring optimal inventory and supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of short- and long-term demand forecasts
• Own and facilitate the monthly S&OP / IBP demand planning process
• Partner with sales, marketing, finance, and operations to align forecasts with business objectives
• Analyze forecast performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Identify demand risks and opportunities, including seasonality and promotional impacts
• Support inventory optimization and working capital targets
• Develop reporting dashboards and provide insights to senior leadership
• Mentor and develop demand planning team members (if applicable)

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management
• Experience in manufacturing, CPG, retail, or distribution environments preferred
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and ERP/forecasting systems
• Experience leading S&OP processes and cross-functional alignment
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field preferred
