A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Quality Manager to lead and oversee all quality assurance and quality control functions within the facility. This role is responsible for ensuring products meet established standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations while driving continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s quality management system
- Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Lead internal audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage supplier quality and incoming inspection processes
- Oversee root cause analysis and resolution of quality issues
- Track and report key quality metrics to leadership
- Partner with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to improve processes
- Lead and develop quality team members
Qualifications:
- 5–10+ years of quality leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience with audits, corrective action processes, and supplier quality management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field preferred
