Overview


Our client is seeking a Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with existing customers. This individual will serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring a high level of service while identifying opportunities for continued business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned customer accounts
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term partnerships
  • Identify opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, engineering, supply chain) to meet customer needs
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-up on orders, issues, and requests
  • Support pricing discussions, quotes, and contract renewals
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers



Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role
  • Experience working within manufacturing, industrial, or similar environments preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams
