Overview
Our client is seeking a Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with existing customers. This individual will serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring a high level of service while identifying opportunities for continued business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned customer accounts
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term partnerships
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, engineering, supply chain) to meet customer needs
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up on orders, issues, and requests
- Support pricing discussions, quotes, and contract renewals
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role
- Experience working within manufacturing, industrial, or similar environments preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams
