Schedule: Full-time | 4x10 schedule (subject to role and rotation)

Overview

UHC Solutions is partnering with a well-established and respected, physician-led specialty practice in the Willamette Valley to recruit a Physician Assistant (PA) to join their growing private practice team. The organization emphasizes collaboration, clinical excellence, and long-term provider development.

Position Highlights

  • 4-day work week (subject to role and rotation)

Responsibilities

Outpatient Clinic (Primary Focus)

  • Perform patient evaluations, histories, and physical exams
  • Diagnose and manage on-going conditions
  • Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
  • Provide patient education and counseling
  • Document care accurately in EMR
  • Coordinate referrals and follow-up care

Hospital Support (Rotational)

  • Assist physicians with inpatient consults and rounding
  • Monitor patient progress and communicate with care teams
  • Support discharge planning and care coordination
  • Collaborate with hospitalists and specialists

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
  • NCCPA certification required
  • Active Oregon PA license (or ability to obtain)
  • ACLS certification preferred
  • Gastroenterology experience preferred but not required
