🩺 The Opportunity – Primary Care Physician
At Stride’s Del Mar and Peoria clinics, you will:
📊 A Day in the Life (Anti-Burnout Model)
At Stride, physicians can expect to see an average of 18 patients per day, with incentives available for productivity above this baseline. Each physician is supported by a 1.5:1 medical assistant ratio, along with access to integrated care teams that include behavioral health, dental, pharmacy, and case managers. Providers also receive 4 hours of protected administrative time each week, ensuring space for charting, follow-up, and professional development. Care is delivered using Epic, with pilots underway for AI-powered dictation tools to further reduce documentation burden. Schedules are flexible — typically four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days — with no nights, weekends, or major holidays required.
