Production Associate

Location: Hamilton, OH

Schedule: Full Time | 7 am - 3:30 pm

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our production team.

What You'll Do

• Assemble components or products according to work instructions and production schedules
• Perform regular quality checks and report any issues or defects
• Load, move, and store materials safely using approved equipment
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Adhere to all safety procedures and wear required protective equipment
• Participate in continuous improvement / problem-solving discussions and recommend process enhancements

What You'll Bring

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable, safety-conscious, team-oriented mindset
• Skilled in diagnosing and resolving electrical issues, wiring, and key components of the assembly line
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
