The Role

As the Warehouse Inventory Manager, you will oversee all day-to-day operations within the warehouse, from managing inventory levels to coordinating staff and ensuring that safety protocols are maintained. Your role will be essential in meeting order fulfillment deadlines, optimizing storage space, and supporting overall operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee Warehouse Operations: Manage the daily functions of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate Warehouse Staff: Lead and manage a team of warehouse personnel to ensure efficient workflows and meet deadlines.
• Maintain Inventory Accuracy: Ensure inventory levels are accurate, organize stock efficiently, and conduct regular stock checks.
• Ensure Safety & Compliance: Enforce warehouse safety standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Optimize Space Utilization: Maximize storage space and implement strategies for more efficient organization and order picking.
• Support Order Fulfillment: Ensure that all orders are picked, packed, and shipped on time and meet company quality standards.
