Social Media & Content Manager – Clean Skincare Brand
📍 Hybrid / Remote | Full-Time
A purpose-driven skincare brand focused on dermatologist-developed, clean sun care is hiring a Social Media and Content Manager to join their growing team.
About the Role
This person will lead all things social—from strategy and content creation to community management and reporting. You’ll be the voice of the brand across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging channels. In addition, you'll manage the brand’s content calendar, write compelling copy, and support blog, email, and digital content initiatives.
This is a hybrid/remote role with flexibility but may require occasional in-person meetings or brand events in the NYC area.
What You’ll Do
📱 Own Social Strategy: Develop and execute an engaging, growth-oriented social strategy across all platforms
✍️ Create & Manage Content: Write and produce social posts, reels, graphics, stories, and more
🤝 Build Community: Engage with followers and influencers to grow a loyal and active community
📊 Track Performance: Monitor metrics and optimize content based on engagement, reach, and growth
📆 Manage Calendar: Keep the content calendar aligned with brand campaigns and product launches
💡 Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, creative, and digital teams to ensure brand alignment
You’re a Great Fit If You…
✔️ Have 3–5 years of experience managing social media for a consumer brand
✔️ Love skincare and wellness, and can write in a fun yet informative tone
✔️ Are equally creative and analytical—ideas and insights both matter
✔️ Stay on top of trends and know what makes content perform
✔️ Are comfortable managing freelancers, photographers, or content partners
✔️ Have basic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.)
