About the Company

With a growing direct-to-consumer presence and retail expansion, they are looking for a Social Media & Content Marketing Manager to develop and execute compelling social strategies, oversee content creation, and foster meaningful community engagement.


The Role

As Social Media & Content Marketing Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the brand’s social presence, ensuring a cohesive digital strategy that drives engagement, visibility, and brand affinity. You’ll oversee content production, manage social calendars, track performance, and work cross-functionally to create best-in-class digital storytelling.


What You’ll Do

📱 Social Media Strategy & Execution – Develop and execute a distinctive social strategy that elevates brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.

🎨 Content Creation & Brand Storytelling – Oversee in-house content production, including lo-fi content, UGC curation, and quarterly shoots.

📅 Social Calendar Management – Plan and execute a monthly content calendar, ensuring alignment with product launches and brand initiatives.

👥 Community Engagement & Growth – Monitor, engage, and build relationships with followers, responding to comments, DMs, and community content.

📊 Performance Tracking & Optimization – Analyze social media metrics, track trends, and refine strategies to maximize impact.

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across digital channels and marketing efforts.


What You’ll Bring

✔️ 4+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, and community management

✔️ Strong organization and project management skills – ability to manage multiple campaigns at once

✔️ Proficiency in social media analytics, scheduling tools, and design programs like Adobe Photoshop or Canva

✔️ A keen understanding of cultural trends, digital storytelling, and what content performs best across social platforms

✔️ A creative, witty, and strategic mindset with a passion for brand-building and digital engagement
