-
Oversee and collaborate with external partners (e.g., Microsoft consultants, systems integrators) to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
-
Drive cloud strategy leveraging Microsoft Azure, modernizing infrastructure and improving scalability, security, and performance.

Mentor and lead IT staff across infrastructure, applications, and business systems; foster a culture of accountability, service, and innovation.

Partner with executive leadership to evaluate new technologies, manage risk, and support organizational growth through digital enablement.

Qualifications
- 10–15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with 5+ years at the executive level (VP, CIO, or equivalent).
- Proven success leading large ERP implementations — ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, CE, or Business Central).
- Strong technical understanding of Microsoft Azure, networking, security, and cloud-based architecture.
- Experience managing and scaling internal IT teams as well as vendor/partner relationships.
- Hands-on mindset — willing to get into the weeds when needed to drive solutions.
- Strong business acumen and communication skills, with the ability to engage non-technical stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred
- Experience working in manufacturing, distribution, or similar operationally complex industries.
- Certifications in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure, Dynamics) or PMP a plus.
- Background in leading IT transformations, particularly post-merger integrations or organizational change.
