Business Development Representative — IT Staffing (Healthcare/Financial Services Focus)

About Us: We are a specialized IT staffing firm focused on providing elite Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, and AI/ML talent to healthcare and financial services organizations. Known for our technical expertise and relationship-driven approach, we are expanding our contract staffing division and seeking a high-performing Business Development Representative to join our team.

What You Will Do:

  • Drive new business development efforts, focusing on contract staffing.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships within healthcare and financial services industries.
  • Engage in full sales cycles from prospecting, lead generation, cold calling, client meetings, to deal closing.
  • Represent technical skill sets including Data, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, and Cloud to client stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to deliver top talent.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 2+ years experience in IT staffing sales, consulting services sales, or recruiting.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and building business from scratch.
  • Technical proficiency or strong understanding of Data, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, and Cloud domains.
  • Willingness to pursue technical certifications to increase market credibility.
  • Self-starter with high motivation and strong resilience.
  • Coachable and open to feedback.
  • Significant cold calling experience with ability to book meetings and create new opportunities.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Background selling into healthcare or financial services clients.
  • Prior experience at a boutique staffing or consulting firm.
