Sales Lead – Health & Wellness E-Commerce SaaS

Base: $100K | OTE: $180K


Our client, a fast-growing e-commerce start-up, is redefining how people shop for health products. Their platform brings trusted medical expert reviews directly to the point of purchase, think verified customer reviews, but from doctors. By providing credible expert proof, they help health and wellness brands build shopper confidence and drive higher conversions.


Their customers? Heads of Marketing at high-growth DTC health brands looking to stand out in a skeptical market. In just the past year, they’ve partnered with over 200 brands, and they’re only getting started.


They’re now looking for a Sales Lead to take the reins of outbound growth, drive high-impact conversations with DTC brands, and lead a small but growing sales team.


What You’ll Do

You’ll be both player and coach, spending roughly 70% of your time on cold calling and outbound prospecting, and 30% leading and developing SDRs.


Key responsibilities:

  • Own outbound strategy and execution, with a strong focus on cold calling, cold email, and social outreach
  • Target marketing and growth leaders at DTC health and wellness brands
  • Manage, coach, and develop SDRs to consistently hit pipeline targets
  • Refine messaging, outreach cadences, and conversion strategies in collaboration with marketing
  • Track, analyze, and optimize performance using HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other sales tools
  • Bring fresh ideas for testing and scaling the outbound engine


What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role
  • Proven success driving pipeline through outbound channels, especially cold calling
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience managing SDRs or BDRs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication: confident, clear, and persuasive
  • Data-driven mindset with a habit of iterating on outreach tactics
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a drive to win in a fast-paced start-up environment


Bonus Points If You:

  • Have sold into consumer health or DTC marketing teams
  • Understand conversion rate optimization and e-commerce sales cycles
  • Bring a network in the health, wellness, or e-commerce space
