Sales Development Representative

Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking a Sales Development Representative for one of our clients! Our client creates personalized experiences for trade shows, branded environments, and museums. Established in 1979, they are a family-owned business working with clients across industries, including Food & Beverage, Technology, Healthcare, and Warehouse Automation. They pride themselves on their fun, results-driven culture where employees work hard but also enjoy their time together.

We are looking for a confident and driven Sales Development Representative to join the team remotely.


This is a high-energy, prospecting-focused role where you’ll be responsible for identifying and generating new business leads. You will spend your time engaging with potential clients through targeted outreach efforts such as cold calls, emails, and social media campaigns. Your main goal is to build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects, generate meetings for senior account executives, and ultimately drive future sales opportunities. This is a perfect role for someone who thrives on finding new opportunities and is eager to kickstart their career in sales.


Responsibilities:

  • Daily focus on identifying and generating new business leads through active prospecting efforts to include cold calling, email outreach, social media, etc.
  • Use provided prospecting tools and strategies to identify and qualify opportunities quickly and effectively book follow-up calls with senior sales personnel.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Business Development to develop targeted outreach plans for high-potential prospects.
  • Continuously optimize your prospecting techniques to increase lead generation effectiveness.



Requirements

These are the skills, attributes, and experience we're looking for in the right candidate:

  • 1 year or more SDR experience required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and stay organized.
  • Strong motivation and ambition to succeed in a sales environment.
  • A passion for prospecting and uncovering new business opportunities.
  • Experience in SaaS or ERP sales a big plus
  • Hunter Mentality: Strong ability to find and develop new leads and opportunities.

  • $55000 US + Commission
