Known for transforming five-star hotels and destination restaurants into timeless spaces, the firm is now expanding into the U.S. and seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the charge.

The Opportunity:

This is more than a sales role. It’s an invitation to help shape the U.S. presence of a firm trusted by some of the world’s most discerning hoteliers and restaurateurs. You’ll serve as the face of the brand in a new market, meeting with clients, nurturing relationships, and guiding luxury design projects from vision to execution.

You’ll be working directly with leading hotel groups, design studios, and hospitality developers. Each engagement is bespoke, each space a signature. Your ability to connect with decision-makers, understand complex design requirements, and stay hands-on throughout the project lifecycle will be key.

You Bring:

• Experience selling into luxury hospitality—hotels, resorts, or high-end restaurants
• A polished, consultative approach with strong commercial acumen
• Confidence in managing client relationships from initial meeting to final delivery
• A background in FF&E, bespoke interiors, or hospitality-focused design services
• Comfort working remotely and traveling for client meetings and industry events
