With 20 customers and a clear path to $2M in ARR by end of year, we're building a platform that helps companies stay meaningfully engaged with their workforce and alumni network. We're integrating with key channel partners like ADP and expanding our self-serve product offering, and we need a strong product leader to help us get there.

Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product roadmap with a clear, defensible vision — balancing short-term execution with long-term strategy
- Lead the design and development of our offboarding product, including checklists, W-2 workflows, and the full post-departure experience
- Architect the segmentation and engagement flows for our alumni platform
- Drive the buildout of our self-serve product experience
- Evolve our product operations from Gdrive-based tracking to a more scalable, structured process
- Engage confidently at the executive level — presenting product strategy, pushing back when needed, and earning trust as a thought partner to leadership
- Partner closely with channel integrations including ADP and others as we expand our ecosystem
- Potentially manage one direct report as the most senior PM on the team
Is this you?
- You have 5+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time in HR tech
- You've been a founding or early-stage PM before — you know what it means to build with no playbook
- You are a natural gatekeeper — you have a clear product vision and aren't afraid to push back, defend prioritization decisions, and say no when it counts
- You can synthesize complex information quickly and communicate it clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- You are deeply data-driven — you let metrics guide your decisions and know which KPIs actually matter
- You are highly autonomous, organized, and adaptable — a true Swiss army knife who can context-switch without dropping the ball
- You are startup-ready and thrive in fast-moving, scrappy environments where the tools are lean and the pace is high
- You are comfortable with or can quickly ramp on: Linear, Notion, HubSpot, Google Drive, Claude, AWS
