Responsibilities:
+ Maximise campaign ROI for clients and manage internal commercial priorities.
+ Undertake and troubleshoot ad operations tasks, including pixel implementation and creative trafficking.
+ Deliver insights into the implications of campaign constraints, such as scale, ramp-up time, creatives used, and cost per conversion.
+ Contribute to clients' business growth by identifying new opportunities and implementing creative solutions.
+ Maintain knowledge of media technology buying platforms and analytics tools.
+ Assist in evaluating new tools, opportunities, or enhancements for integration efforts to improve the value of the marketing dataset.
+ Analyse campaign performance and make regular optimizations.
+ Conduct client-facing strategy meetings and performance reviews.
+ Stay up to date with industry developments in both social media and media as a whole.
Qualifications:
+ Hands-on experience with RTB media, particularly The Trade Desk and Google Display & Video 360.
+ Experience in programmatic activation, covering operational tasks, conversion tracking implementation, creative trafficking, campaign setup, optimization, and client reporting.
+ Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and be a team player.
+ Proficient use of Keynote, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
+ Extra skills: Experience in a start-up environment, awareness of wider programmatic channels (e.g., DOOH, Digital Audio, Geo Location).
