Account Manager / Senior Account Manager – Theatre & Live Entertainment

A leading creative agency specialising in live entertainment is looking for an Account Manager to join their team. You’ll be responsible for delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns for some of the biggest names in the West End — from plays and musicals to one-off events and cultural institutions.

This is a great opportunity for someone who understands both the art and the numbers — someone who enjoys leading client relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a genuine passion for live entertainment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage strong day-to-day relationships with clients across a range of theatre and live entertainment accounts
  • Deliver fully integrated campaigns across OOH, paid social, digital display, broadcast, and ticketing
  • Own timelines, budgets, and campaign reporting — keeping things moving and stakeholders updated
  • Work collaboratively with internal creative, media, and strategy teams
  • Brief and manage creative rollouts and media planning
  • Use box office and performance data to make campaign decisions in real-time
  • Lead client meetings, present campaign outcomes, and provide clear recommendations
  • Mentor junior members of the team (e.g. Account Executives or Interns)
  • Attend industry events, opening nights, and client shows as a brand ambassador

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years’ experience in a marketing, creative or media agency
  • Proven ability to lead marketing campaigns and manage client relationships
  • Experience across integrated media – especially OOH, digital, paid social, and print
  • Strong organisational and budget management skills
  • Clear communicator, confident in presenting and managing stakeholder expectations
  • Passion for theatre and the wider live entertainment industry
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-client environment
  • Knowledge of ticketing strategies, sales KPIs, or campaign reporting (a plus)
  • Comfortable mentoring more junior colleagues and sharing knowledge

Why Join?

  • Work on high-profile campaigns in London’s iconic theatre scene
  • Join a collaborative, creative, and supportive team
  • Hybrid setup with flexible working options
  • Regular access to theatre tickets, industry events and press nights
  • Great agency culture with a strong commitment to inclusivity and career development
