Role Overview:

As a Paid Social Manager, you'll play a vital role in planning and executing Paid Social campaigns for our clients, ensuring their success in the digital landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of your team, client relationships, and partner relationships.
  • Contribute to the development of our Paid Social capabilities to be market-leading and integrated with the rest of the business.
  • Be accountable for best-in-class delivery and quality of paid social media activity for a set of clients.
  • Take a hands-on approach to ensure best-in-class implementation.
  • Ensure that client roadmaps are being followed and contribute to planning testing and improvements.
  • Ensure that paid social media meets clients' business objectives.
  • Proactively identify and implement opportunities to make paid social media more effective.
  • Financial reporting and budget ownership for your client’s paid social campaigns.
  • Support with pitching for new business opportunities and cross-selling into existing clients.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5+ years of experience in Paid Social.
  • Positive, adaptable, and proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record of successful campaign execution.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and platform capabilities.
  • Advanced understanding of pixel implementation, analytics, and tools.
  • Meta Blueprint certification is advantageous.
